IPL TREATMENTS
IPL SKIN REJUVENATION

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) skin treatments are designed to treat the signs of photo- aging and help restore a youthful looking skin. IPL is a revolution in cosmetic skin rejuvenation and IPL treatments successfully improve sun damage, age spots, superficial vascular damage, rosacea, acne, melasma and numerous other skin imperfections.
HarmonyLITE , is a light based platform for aesthetic treatments, featuring Alma Lasers proprietary Advanced Florescence Technology (AFT), an advanced type of IPL that offers increased energy, enhanced clinical results, integrated cooling for less discomfort, and safer and more effective treatments.
With less highly developed IPL machines and poorly trained operators, multiple treatments are required to achieve long-lasting results. In contrast, the HarmonyLITE offers real results in fewer treatments and is able to treat larger areas so saving you time and money.
Skin conditions that may benefit from IPL photorejuventation include:
- Pigment discolouration – freckles and age spots
- Mottled colouration
- Damaged facial vessels
- Red blemishes
- General redness
- Rosacea
- Fine lines
- Enlarged pores
- Acne
- Loss of skin tone and elasticity
- Sun damage
How many treatments are required?
The number of treatments you will need depends entirely upon the skin type and severity of the condition. To further enhance your result we would recommend that DMK Enzyme Therapy be included pre and post IPL, to strengthen the structural integrity of the skin and to create a healthy environment for cells to live and thrive in. It is this that enhances the result and the longevity of this treatment.
In most cases, a course of three to six IPL treatments two to four weeks apart is prescribed.
