Referral Program
Nothing is better than a referral, it’s how I know you’re satisfied with the service you have received. So, to say thank you, you’ll receive $50 to use on any full priced treatments with each new referral to Jeanette Elliott Skin Studio.

Please take a moment to review important changes to our booking and cancellation policy.
COVID-19 has meant that, for my business, things have needed to be approached a little differently, my priority is safety for all and to keep my business healthy, thriving, and viable.
When you visit the clinic please note the ‘stop’ notice on the front door. If the door is locked please ring the doorbell to attract my attention.
Please use hand sanitiser provided.
All appointments will be staggered with a bigger gap in between than previously to avoid any contact during the cross over and to prepare for the next. So, confirming your appointment when you receive your text, plus being on time is of the utmost importance.
Booking Policy
Reminder Texts and Email will be sent at least 48hrs before your booking. No-shows, last-minute cancellations enormously impact on all clients and my business. Please reply YES to confirm. I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, that’s life – so I request 48 hours’ notice so that I can offer that time slot to somebody else.
Note: I cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays as sufficient notice, as I will not have enough time to rebook your time slot.
From 1 July 2020, all bookings will attract a $50 deposit to secure your booking, this will form part of your treatment cost, it is not ‘extra’ to that. For no shows or cancellations before 48 hours, this $50 will be forfeited.
With regret, I find the need to implement this rule, due to recent recurring experiences of this nature. I appreciate your understanding in this matter and we will continue to try to keep things fair for all clients and the clinic.
